Bruce’s Quiz
Regular attendees at reunions will know that Bruce Morris sets a quiz, which varies in ingenuity and difficulty. This quiz was originally scheduled for the April 2021 reunion which has obviously now been postponed so is being run in this issue. Some of these questions are unavoidably centred on the British Merchant Navy, where the vast majority of out members served. We have added a few questions with a more international bias and hope that those who did not serve under the Red Ensign will have a go. There are a few rules:
- You are NOT allowed to look up the answers. Please be honest and rely on your memory. There is no prize, just the glory of taking part and maybe winning.
- I will not publish my address or email address in an open forum. Please use the details in March QSO if you want to use this website version and forward to me.
- Can I please have your answers no later than 15th April 2021 so the solution and the winner/s can be published in June QSO.
- In the event of a tie I will hold a couple of tie breaking questions, which will be emailed back to you.
- Dust down your brain cells and enjoy the quiz. Tony Selman (who is not taking part, but I never win Bruce’s quiz anyway)
